Operating since 2008 — serving US companies with operations in Mexico

Custom software pricing isn't a number. It's a structure.

We don't publish a price list because we don't sell an off-the-shelf product. Here is what you are paying for, what you get and how your investment is protected, and in the free diagnosis we give you a range for your case.

Free, with a senior consultant. The plan is yours even if you don't hire us.

The cost of not solving it

The partial fix costs less at first and more every month

We rarely lose a project to another vendor. We lose it to the workaround. And many companies come back months later, when the workaround has already failed.

  1. A generic tool or a quick fix is bought It solves one part. The rest is held together by spreadsheets and the people who know the "tricks".
  2. The operation grows and the fix doesn't Scattered information, critical manual steps, decisions made on outdated snapshots of the operation.
  3. The cost becomes invisible Rework, errors and data-entry hours that don't show up in the P&L until they escalate.
  4. You pay twice First the workaround. Then the system that was needed from the start, with the operation already at risk.

Signs you are already paying for it

  • Isolated systems that don't talk to each other
  • Critical steps that depend on someone remembering
  • Spreadsheets holding up operations that outgrew them
  • Leadership deciding on incomplete information
What you are really paying for

You don't pay for programming hours. You pay for a system your company can verify, own and grow

A certified process, not a promise

Our development process is ISO 9001:2015 certified and audited by an external body (TCCM/SGC/000365). Every stage has documented deliverables and acceptance criteria you sign off before moving on.

The build is yours

At close you receive the source code, the database and the technical documentation of what we built for you. No monthly rent to use your own system and no lock-in.

The risk stays on our side

You don't pay for the next phase until you approve the previous one. If a stage doesn't meet the spec, we fix it at no cost: it's in the contract, not a verbal promise.

The same team after go-live

The people who build your system are the ones who support it under the maintenance agreement, with written response times. It's the part almost nobody sells and where buyers have been burned before.

A senior consultant, not a ticket queue

You work with someone who knows your operation from the diagnosis on and can tell when the problem is the process, not the system.

Your system grows by modules, it isn't replaced

When your operation changes, we add what you need on top of what already works. That's why our oldest system has run without interruption since 2011.

What drives the investment in your project

Two companies of the same size can need very different investments. What moves the range isn't the number of screens; it's the complexity of the operation the system has to support.

01

Processes and business rules

How many processes the system covers and how specific the rules are that today live in your team's heads.

02

Integrations

Which systems it must talk to: ERP, invoicing, banks, plant-floor equipment, third-party APIs.

03

Users, sites and legal entities

How many people, branches or companies run on the same platform, and with which permissions.

04

Compliance and traceability

Regulatory requirements, audit trails and logs the system must guarantee.

05

Starting point

Whether it's built from scratch, a stalled project is rescued or a running system is modernized.

06

Continuity

The level of support your operation needs after go-live.

How you pay: by stages you validate

Our certified process splits the project into stages with concrete deliverables. You don't move to the next one, or pay for it, until you validate the previous one. Invoicing in USD via wire/ACH.

  1. Free diagnosis Problem map, initial recommendation and the investment range for your case, at no cost.
  2. Documented requirements Scope is written down and you sign it before the first line of code.
  3. Architecture and proposal Architecture document and a detailed commercial proposal, free of charge.
  4. Phased development Each stage is delivered, validated and approved before you pay for the next.
  5. Full handover System in production, training, manuals, source code and technical documentation.
  6. Continuity Optional support agreement with the same team that built your system.

Option Ownership Fit to your operation After go-live Main risk
Licensed SaaS You rent access Your team adapts to the tool Generic help desk Licensing that grows with every user, forever
Commercial ERP + customization The core belongs to the vendor Covers the generic; critical work ends up in side spreadsheets Whichever integrator is on duty Vendor dependency and costly migrations
Offshore development Depends on contract and jurisdiction Requirements lost in the distance The vendor ships and disappears Rework, communication and IP
Freelancer Often undocumented Depends on a single person Uncertain availability If they leave, the knowledge leaves
Four Sides Group Source code and documentation are yours Built for your real operation The same team, with written response times Mitigated: validated stages and an ISO 9001 written warranty

The most common doubts before investing

It looks expensive next to a generic tool's monthly fee. The fair comparison is against what you already pay without seeing it: data-entry hours, errors, rework and licenses that grow with every user, forever. With custom development you pay by stages, the system is yours and every dollar builds an asset for your company.

You don't wait until the end to see value: the project is delivered in stages and the first one already solves a real part of your operation. You validate working software before the next stage starts.

At close you receive the source code, the database and the documentation. You can support the system with your own team or another vendor. Our clients stay by choice, not by dependency.

Three layers of protection: you validate each stage before paying for the next, you have an ISO 9001 written warranty, and you test in a pre-production environment before going live.

An ERP solves the generic, and does it well. What it doesn't solve is exactly where your competitive edge lives. We don't replace it: we complement and integrate it so the specifics of your operation stop living in spreadsheets.

The rate looks lower on paper, but what decides a project is attention and follow-through. You work with a Mexico-based company in overlapping business hours, with English-speaking project leads, a certified process and the same team before and after go-live.

That's what the maintenance agreement is for: the team that built your system keeps supporting it, with specialists by discipline, written response times and monthly updates included. It's optional.
