Founded in 2008
Four Sides Group is a Mexican custom software development company founded in 2008 and headquartered in Mexico City.
In Mexico, many software projects fail or are left half-finished — not for lack of talent, but for lack of process. In 2008 we set out to build a different kind of company: documented methodology, staged delivery and a commitment clients can verify (ISO 9001:2015).
We are not the biggest team in the market. We are the team that finishes what it starts.
Today our development process is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TCCM, valid until June 2028. That means every project has documented requirements, acceptance criteria per module and payment per validated stage — no surprise deliveries.
Nine disciplines, one certified process
Every project moves through nine specialized disciplines. Collaborators in several countries work within the same ISO 9001:2015 certified process, and every account is assigned a dedicated Project Lead.
What we believe
Process over promises
Requirements are documented before the first line of code is written. The client signs off on scope. Payment is made per delivered and approved module.
Continuity over speed
We build systems to last — not to ship fast and disappear.
Technical transparency
The source code belongs to the client. The architecture is explained, not hidden.
Documented continuous improvement
Internal and external audits of our quality system. Every finding becomes a documented improvement — it doesn't sit in a drawer.
