Maps processes, roles, integrations and pain points. Documents the requirements matrix you sign off on before any development starts.

UX Design

Researches users, prototypes and designs clear, consistent interfaces. Turns complex requirements into understandable flows and shortens the adoption curve.

Front-end Development

Builds responsive, accessible, high-performance web interfaces. Turns UX/UI designs into working experiences.

Back-end Development

Designs and implements business logic, APIs, data services and integrations with corporate systems (ERPs, CRMs, tax platforms).

QA Testing

Defines test plans, runs manual and automated tests, manages defects and validates every release before it reaches you.

Implementation

Executes the production rollout plan, end-user training and delivery of user and administrator manuals.

Follow-up

Tracks the system after go-live, documents progress and makes sure every commitment is met as signed.

Support

Handles incidents and requests under three schemes: Standard (Mon-Fri), Extended (Mon-Sat) and Critical (365 days).
