1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://www.4sides.com.mx (the "Site"), operated by Four Sides Group S.A. de C.V. ("FSG"), based in Mexico City, Mexico.

By accessing or using the Site, the user accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope

These Terms of Use apply solely to the use of the Site. They do not constitute a services agreement or a binding offer.

Any consulting, development, integration or support services provided by FSG are governed by the specific proposal and contract executed in writing between FSG and the client.

3. Use of the Site

The user agrees to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable law.

It is prohibited to use the Site for unlawful purposes; to attempt unauthorized access to restricted areas, systems or data; to interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or to submit false information or content that infringes the rights of third parties through the Site's forms.

4. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos, trademarks, graphic design and other content of the Site are the property of FSG or their respective owners and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

The user may view the content and share links to the Site for personal or informational purposes. Reproducing, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting the content without FSG's prior written authorization is not permitted.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Site (for example, platforms with which FSG integrates systems) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

The content of the Site is provided for general informational purposes. FSG strives to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current at all times, or that the Site will operate without interruption or errors.

Figures, timelines, investment ranges and case studies described on the Site are for reference only and do not constitute a quote or a commitment. The terms applicable to each project are defined in the corresponding proposal and contract.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or social networks. FSG does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy policies or practices. Access to them is at the user's own discretion.

7. Personal data

Personal data that the user provides through the Site is processed in accordance with FSG's Privacy Notice, available on the Site.

FSG may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is the one published on the Site, together with its last updated date.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
