Operating since 2008 — serving US companies with operations in Mexico
Mexico IMMEX compliance

Mexico IMMEX compliance software — built for foreign companies operating in Mexico

US and European companies running maquila or IMMEX operations in Mexico need specialized compliance software. We've built systems handling Anexo 24, RGCE 1.4.14, automated pedimentos and SAT integration since 2012.

The problem

Your IMMEX operation doesn't fit in your ERP

Mexican customs compliance requires records, reconciliations and deadlines that corporate systems weren't designed for.

  • Your US ERP (SAP/Oracle) doesn't speak Mexican customs
  • Your customs broker has fragmented data in Excel
  • Audits from SAT/Aduana require records you don't have at hand
  • Anexo 24 reconciliation is a quarterly nightmare

What is IMMEX?

IMMEX = Industria Manufacturera, Maquiladora y de Servicios de Exportación (Manufacturing, Maquiladora and Export Services Industry program). A Mexican government program that allows foreign-owned companies to import raw materials, components and equipment temporarily into Mexico without paying VAT/IGI, as long as they re-export the finished goods within set timeframes.

  • Anexo 24: the mandatory inventory control system for temporarily imported goods
  • RGCE 1.4.14: Mexico's General Foreign Trade Rules on documentation and traceability
  • Pedimento: the Mexican customs declaration filed for each import or export operation

What we DON'T do

  • We don't sell packaged customs software — it's custom because every IMMEX operation is different
  • We don't replace your customs broker — we work with them
  • We don't do "compliance consulting" — we build software, not legal advice
